Fox was arrested for DUI after failing a sobriety test Tuesday evening.  Fox was paired with Nick Kosovich on season 3 of the show.  Kosovich is not competing this season.  Dancing With the Stars airs again on ABC this Monday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
