Amazing Race - Another Team Eliminated
Tonight the teams had to travel from Equador. Drew needed oxygen. Honestly, why did he agree to be on All-Stars? He doesn’t seem mentally or physically fit for this. When Charla and Mirna got stuck, Team Kentucky pulled them out, so there was starting to be a bit of an alliance there. When Drew and Kevin got stuck, Kevin pulled the out, with Drew almost running over him. And what was up with Drew being mad about Kentucky’s luggage being in first class? Dude, take a pill!
I thought it was funny that Rob and Amber though they were on an earlier flight then got delayed. The Roadblock in Santiago was Boardroom Puzzle. One teammate had to search the boardroom for letters to spell out a destination on one of the wall plaques. Joyce and Ian were frustrated by the puzzle, but Joyce was able to figure it out and shared the info with Ian. Another alliance brewing?
On the way to Chuquicanmata, Rob tried to start some crap with Eric, who skipped in line. But Rob would have done the same thing, as Eric pointed out. Rob then got mad at Amber because she agreed with Eric. The Detour was By Hand, putting a two-ton tire on a truck or By Machine, which meant they had to drive a front loader and transfer gravel. Rob and Amber chose By Machine and finished successfully, but David and Mary didn’t pay close attention the washers and they had to unscrew all of them and redo them, which put them in last place. Dustin and Kandice had difficulty with the bolts.
Rob and Amber finished first again and receive motorcycles. Kevin and Drew, thinking they still had to drive 40 mph let everyone else pass them. When Charla and Mirna passed Team Kentucky, it ticked off Mary. Mary and David still finished ahead of Kevin and Drew and they were sent home, which, is just fine with me. I was tired of Drew’s whining anyhow.
