Amazing Race: Marcy and Ron are Eliminated
The “Amazing Race” teams left on a riverboat to an unknown pit stop. Once they docked, they had to take taxis to Ho Chi Minh City. Once there, they had to find the Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theater. They had to grab the next clue from the puppets mouth. Lance and Keri, who fought most of this episode, never cease to amaze me. The clue was a stamp inside a bullet. They had to find the place on the stamp (the Ho Chi Minh City main post office), but it took them a while to open the bullet to find the stamp.
After locating the post office, there was a Detour – child’s play or word play. Marcy and Ron were the only ones that chose word play and it cost them dearly. They fell into last place and never recovered. The Globetrotters dominated this week, finishing first by passing Meghan, so she and Cheyne were second. Gary and Matt finished third while Brian and Ericka, Team Zebra, made a good comeback and finished in fourth.
Sam and Dan finished in fifth, with Maria and Tiffany right behind them in sixth. Mika and Canaan finished in seventh. It was a foot race for eighth, but despite the fact that Lance ripped up the VCRs during the recycle Roadblock, they still came in behind Zev and Justin.
Marcy and Ron came in last place and were eliminated.
