Amazing Race: No One Eliminated this Week
While no team was eliminated this week on Amazing Race, one should have – the Frat Boys. These guys are such clowns, I don’t know how they made it this far!
The teams had to travel to Moscow and all were on the same flight. The Frat Boys were shoeless, so they spent money buying new shoes, which left them very little to travel. Nick and Starr spent most of this episode lost. After finishing first four times in a row, their luck ran out and they got the worst cabbies in Moscow over and over. After landing, the teams went to Kolosok Camp. There, they had to put on military uniforms (including these weird wrappy socks), then perform a detour. They had to do Boots (learn a military parade march), or Borscht (serve 75 guys borscht). I thought the borscht sounded easier, but everyone took boots. The Frat Boys had trouble with the uniform, so they took it off and went to serve borscht. The only problem was, you had to have the uniform on no matter what you did. So they went back and put the uniform on, then decided to do the parade march. Dan was the most uncoordinated human I have ever seen, so after repeated failures to pass the march, they decided to do borscht – again. That went well, but they were horribly behind everyone else, except Nick and Starr who were lost.
Next up was a Roadblock, where one team member had to carry fifty 50 pound bags of flour into a store. Toni and Dallas were in first and finished first, so they travelled to Neskuchny Sad Park, the pit stop for this leg. They finally finished first and won a trip. Ken and Tina finished second. Nick and Starr let their cabbie go after finally getting to the camp, but then couldn’t find another one. When they finally found one, he got lost too. They were very, very luck to finish in third.
So, Andrew and Dan finished in fourth and after all the mistakes and goofs they have made this season, they deserved to go home, but they were told this was a non-elimination round. Next week, they will face a speed bump and I just don’t see how they will overcome it.
