Amazing Race: The Final Three Teams are Decided
If the Frat boys Andrew and Dan win Amazing Race next week, I think I am going to barf. These two clods really stepped in poop last week, but came up smelling like roses this week. They finished second – SECOND – behind Nick and Starr, who came in first, of course.
The teams stayed in Moscow and after visiting a submarine for a clue, they headed to Park Iskusstv to count statues. Even though they were given the Russian names for Lenin and Stalin, Dallas still confused the two. There were 6 Lenins and 2 Stalins, so they had to give the number 62 to a lady at the bookstore, and then turn to that page to find an address. Dallas got the number wrong three or four times, having to wait 10 minutes between each guess until Tina finally told him, which ticked off Ken. Andrew had some Russian guy helping him and still got the number wrong the first time. After that, it was off to Sokol’niky Park to find a woman with a Shetland pony. Good thing Nick helps Starr, she thought that was a ponytail.
Dallas then made the move that knocked them out of the game – he left his bag with their money and passports in the taxi. He noticed after he got out, but it had already driven off. They spent the rest of the episode begging for money (the Russian people were very generous by the way!). Taking the subway to save money instead of a taxi just put them further behind.
Andrew and Dan were even able to do their speed bump, which was of all things dancing, and beat Ken and Tina. Ken and Tina raced them to the pit stop, but failed to get the last clue, just tagged along with the frat boys. So, they had to go back and search the area. They were finally able to find the clue and came in third.
Phil found Toni and Dallas seemingly walking the streets of Moscow because they didn’t even make it to the pit stop when he told them they had been eliminated. Oh well, Toni said she was really proud of Dallas and the man he had become – that was really sweet.
