American Idol: Allison Leaves
Big night on “American Idol” – tonight’s elimination decides the final three. We got to see Slash play in the opening number – that was nice. Danny let us know that he heard his scary note last night was being turned into ringtones. Hopefully not by any of my friends!
Performing tonight was Paula Abdul (why?), No Doubt (they were good), and Daughtry. Guess he got over being voted off the show in Season 5. He premiered the first single from his new album (due out in July).
There were three seats for the safe contestants. Who would it be? First up, we found out that Kris was safe. Wow, what a shock! I figured they would do the no-brainer of Adam, but Kris, little Kris, humble Kris, is going to the final three!
Who would join Kris? Adam, of course! So, it would be Danny or Allison leaving. I think Allison is the better singer, but America didn’t. Allison was sent home. I still say that little girl has some pipes on her!
Personally, I think Adam, the singing piranha, will continue to devour the competition and win.
