American Idol: David Hernandez is Eliminated
This was a shocker to me. After the horrendous “Eight Days a Week” Kristy Lee did last night (and Simon said it was no better tonight), I was sure it was her night to go. She was in the bottom three, along with David H. and Syesha. Syesha was told she was safe and I was sure David would be safe, but no, Ryan told Kristy Lee that she was safe. I think even SHE thought she was leaving tonight.
As usual, this results episode was long and drawn out. There was the bit with Jim Carrey in the audience dressed as an elephant to promote “Horton Hears a Who,” then the Idols at what I assume was the movie premiere. We also saw David Foster playing the piano with Katharine McPhee singing. Those two are working on an album together. We found out that week again will be songs from the Lennon/McCartney songbook. Oh, and Sanjaya and his sis (forgot her name) were in the audience.

I think this whole gay stripper controversey got the best of America. Was he a gay stripper? Who knows. I don’t really care about it, but I thought when he sang “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” last week he was amazing. Maybe people had a problem voting for him because of his so called, supposed past. American Idol is a popularity contest, and unfortunately not always about talent.

i agree that kristy lee should be voted out!! she’s a disaster! she is a big mess! she should go back to oregon and buy her horse again! get a new job kristy, we want you out!!
