American Idol: Lil, Scott, and Jorge Join the Top 12
Tonight’s “American Idol” results show was not quite as painful as the past few weeks because instead of the ridiculous padding to make the show last an hour, we got the wildcard choices.
I was correct in all my choices last night – Lil, Scott, and Jorge all made it through. I had forgotten how well Von started off the show (which I think is a problem with being first – good or bad, people forget about you). But, he isn’t complete out of it as he will be one of the wildcards singing tomorrow night. Joining him will be Jasmine Murray, Ricky Braddy, Megan Joy Corkrey, Tatiana Del Toro, Matt Giraud, Jesse Langseth, and Anoop Desai.
Yes, Simon said because she was entertaining and talented, they all agreed to bring back Tatiana. I am thinking more annoying and grating, and had hoped we had seen the last of her and her overly dramatic phony crying. For God’s sake, if they wanted entertaining, why didn’t they bring back Nick Mitchell? He is FAR more entertaining than Tatiana. I can only hope tomorrow night will be the end of her.
Out of the eight wildcards, I would pick Von Smith, Megan Joy Corkrey, and Anoop Desai to move on to the Top 12.
