AND THEN THERE WERE THREE
Monique and Louis were chosen by the judges to dance the encore, and that is the last time we’ll be seing them dance until the grand finale. My feeling is Monique is a much better dancer than Joey, but the public has spoken and Joey, Emmitt and Mario stay, and Monique leaves. (I told you when I vote for someone it’s the kiss of death.)
I don’t know who picked that Hip Hop number to showcase, but it was certainly out of place in a ballroom setting. ABC must have contractual commitments with the choreographer.
The fox trot danced by the professional champions was an example of dancing at its finest. The costumes were elegant which shows you that if the dancers know their stuff, the performance speaks for itself.
Next week the three finalists will choose their own dances and music; one ballroom, one latin. Should be interesting. How little will Edyta wear next week!
