Another Team Eliminated on Amazing Race
The teams had to drive to San Pedro then fly to Puerto Montt. Of course, Rob and Amber were first to leave. Joe and Bill got into it with Eric and Danielle because they asked for direction and Eric and Danielle took off immediately after hearing them. David and Mary left last. Mary cried because she missed the Chos, but was still ticked at Charla and Mirna. Oswald and Danny, Eric and Danielle, Joe and Bill, and Uchenna and Joyce all arrived at the airport together. Joyce offered from them to visit the local hotel to see if they could book flights online for everyone. They did for themselves and Joe and Bill, but didn’t have Eric and Danielle or Oswald and Danny’s security code for their credit cards. Uchenna and Joyce, Team Guido, and Rob and Amber were on the 12:55 flight that got in an hour earlier.
Eric and Danielle overheard that there was a 12:55 flight and were lucky enough to get on it, but everyone else was on the 1:55 flight. Tempers were really high tonight as Teri and Ian and Charla and Mirna also got into it at the ticket counter.
The Road Block was to jump in a fish farm, catch fish, and transport them to a holding tank. Danielle was freaking out, but so was Teri. David was afraid of the fish at first, which seemed odd for a guy from Kentucky, but he finally stepped it up.
Good thing Joe and Bill were working with Mirna and Charla because they didn’t right down all of the clue and would have been totally lost. The Detour was to either climb rocks or go rafting. Everyone chose rafting. The Barbies unknowingly stopped at the rafting point before getting the Detour clue, thinking they would find the clue at the end of the rafting.
I am so tired of Rob and Amber finishing first, but they did again tonight and won a home gym. Uchenna and Joyce finished second. Eric and Danielle were third. The Barbies were in fourth, but were told they didn’t collect all their clues and couldn’t check in until they did. Fortunately, they made their way back to La Maquina, found the clue, and still managed to finish in fourth. Joe and Bill, Mirna and Charla, and David and Mary were still rafting. Once they were all through, Charla and Mirna lost the car keys and I thought they were going to lose, but they finished eighth behind Team Guido, which means David and Mary were eliminated. Guess Team Kentucky just couldn’t do much without the Cho Brothers.
