Awards Show
“American Idol” has everything to withstand all other reality tv shows. With “American Idol” being in between seasons it still creates such a buzz especially with all the awards shows coming up, such as. “Teen Choice Awards” and ” The Emmys”. Who would have ever thought that “American Idol” would take off like it did and produce such outstanding artists like Kelly Clarkson, Rubben, Fantasia and Carrie Underwood. I believe that “American Idol” has the staying power for the pure fact that the audience has a say in who should become your next “American Idol” and for that fact the runner-up. Where would Clay Aiken be today if it wasn’t for being a runner-up on “American Idol”.
