Big Brother 8: Amber Taken Off the Block; Jen Put Up
Well, Daniele said Jen was her real target and everything worked out pretty much as she had planned. Amber, who promised not to cry anymore, and Jameka were feeling down about the nomination, but Amber told Jameka she had a vision from God that they would make it through the next week and be in the final two. I can see them making it through this week, but the final two? I don’t think so.
Amber and Daniele were the final two in the POV competition, so they got a surprise trip outside the house. They later found out it was to New York City to be contestants on the new game show the Power of 10. After Amber lost the POV competition to Daniele, of course, she had a breakdown. So much for the promise of no more crying. Daniele had told her dad she thought about taking Amber off, then when Amber came making an offer, Daniele took her up on it. Amber promised to never put Daniele up on the block (although Daniele was only asking for a one week promise). She swore on her daughter’s life, and then even offered to vote how Daniele wanted her to. Can you say minion?
Anyhow it worked because Daniele took Amber off and put Jen up. This is Jen’s fourth time on the block, but I think (and hope) she is finally going home!
