Big Brother 8: Daniele Takes Herself Off the Block
I don’t understand how Jen can even entertain the thought that her actions this week will endear her to anyone. I’d bet next week, she’s as good as gone. I loved Joe’s quote “there would be no negative energy if your ass wasn’t here.” He cracks me up, but maybe not for very much longer.
The Veto competition was Christmas Cutthroat and Jen, Dick, Daniele, Mike, Joe, and Amber played. But not before Jen just out and out threatened Amber and Joe both. She warned them not to throw the game or she would put them up or someone in their circle. What a…oh, I just won’t say it here, but you can imagine. I don’t think I’ve ever despised anyone in the Big Brother house quite like I do Jen. It almost started a fight in the kitchen. Daniele confronted Jen about threatening Amber and making her cry. Then Joe told her he was coming after her. Then Dick, of course, got involved. Mike took up for her, but then Joe shot him down. Even Jameka confronted Zach, who accused her of not talking to him the whole time they had been there. There is also tension in the Zach, Nick, Mike, and Kail alliance as Nick is secretly turning against them.
Anyhow, back to the Veto Competition. They had play a game of curling – getting the stone closest to the red line. Dick and Daniele did exceptionally well and despite threats, Amber blew it in the finals, giving Daniele the win. She decided to take herself off the chopping block. After threatening to put up Nick, Jen put up Joe. That just sucks – I hate to see either Dick or Joe leave – they are two of my favorite housemates!
