Big Brother 8: Daniele Wins POV – Nominations Remain the Same
The only true hope for Jessica was if Eric won the POV competition tonight and took her off the block. Not only did he not win, he came in last. And he also offended Janelle by saying she looked like Miss Piggy and had gained weight. Ouch. He later apologized for “being a _____” but I don’t think Janelle bought it. Jessica came close to winning, but in the end, it was Daniele who won POV. She and Dick kicked around scenarios, but she decided to let the nominations of Jessica and Jameka stand.
It was a bit gross to see Dick flirting so much with Janelle. But she sort of started it when she told him he was hot. Zach said he was acting like a 16-year-old boy going to the prom, which was true. It was hilarious to see Eric complete this week’s assignment, which was to mimic Dick. Even Dick got a kick out of it! I think that should put Eric at about $40,000 now. Not a bad payday! Dick offended Daniele when he compared waitressing to stripping, although I get what he was saying. I think she is being a bit oversensitive.
So now, it is up to Eric and Jessica to convince Dick and Daniele to vote out Jameka. Daniele keeps saying that Jameka has won nothing (true), but I think Dick wants to stay by his word that he gave to Eric that they will take them to the final four. Jameka said she wanted to be in the final three with Jessica and Eric, but now that the nominations remain the same, that isn’t going to happen. Either Jessica or Jameka are going home this week and I think it will be Jameka. But actually, someone else will go home too as it is a double elimination week this Thursday!
