Big Brother 8: Dick Wins the $500,000
I was a bit surprised that Dick won the show. Going into it, I figured Daniele would win. Frankly, I didn’t want either to win, but as someone said, you had to pick the lesser of two evils.
I think Eric’s little speech helped Dick. America told Eric to campaign and vote for Dick. I loved it when he said Daniele was a “sniveling little baby” and “a brat who rode her father’s coat tails.” She acted like a baby again when the jury asked them questions and after it was over, Daniele whined about how Dick had pointed out the stuff he did with his “crappy” speech. I loved it when Jameka said Daniele was the pimp and Dick was the ho! Amber attacked Daniele again about her boyfriend and her relationship with Nick. If I never see Amber on television again, it will be too soon!
After bringing out the jury and the first five evicted (Joe said told Dustin congratulations, but Dustin had nothing nice to say in return), they told everyone about Eric being America’s Player. Everyone seemed to take it well. Most people were laughing as they repeated some of the events, although Nick looked pissed off and Amber looked confused.
After all this, it finally came down to the voted. At first, it was very split – the guys voting for Dick and the girls voting for Daniele. But Dick finally won five votes to two (only Jameka and Jen voted for Daniele).
