Big Brother 8: From Zero to Hero – Zach Wins HOH
What could be worse than Zach winning HOH? Nothing if you asked the other housemates. Zach won the cup competition over Dick and no one could have been any less thrilled. Eric took a phone call prize because he knew he couldn’t win anyhow. But, he didn’t do it for himself. He thought about giving it to Jameka since she had not heard from home, but Jessica’s brother was coming home from Iraq, so he gave it to her. Eric did admit to Jessica that he was the one behind the votes and the mustard on Jen’s shirt.
The housemates acted really pissy when Zach asked if they wanted to see his HOH room. Daniele picked at her fingernails, Dick yawned then left to smoke, and Eric just looked irritated. But, he was probably feeling guilty for having pushed to get Amber out of the house instead of Zach. He knew Jessica would probably be a target his week and he was right. Zach, partially under the influence of Dick and Daniele, nominated Jameka and Jessica for eviction. Dick promised Zach they would not put him up next week if they won HOH, essentially breaking the alliance with Eric and Jessica. But, if Eric can win the POV, take Jessica off the block, and convince Zach to backdoor Dick or Daniele, he may be able to redeem himself for missing an excellent opportunity last week to backdoor Dick or Daniele.
