Big Brother 9: James Wins POV; Sharon Put on the Block
Sheila tried to hug Chelsia after she was nominated and Chelsia said, “I don’t need a hug.” James and Chelsia, after being put on the block, clown around. Natalie and Sheila are annoyed by it – saying they are just trying to hide their hurt feelings. Sheila wonders what if James wins POV and Natalie tells her it won’t happen.
But, it does. Evel Dick wakes up the houseguests and tells them it is time for the Veto competition. They had to drink nasty concoctions then play croquet. Sheila drank enough to get seven shots, which impressed James. Adam got 8 shots, but James drank all the nasty stuff and got ten shots. If anyone scored more than Dick did last year (33), they got a Les Paul guitar. If they didn’t, he got to keep the guitar. Adam scored 28, but James got 29 and won the POV (but not the guitar). Chelsia realizes she made a mistake bringing James back into the house.
Josh wants to make sure Sharon goes on the block instead of him. He has never been on the block – a miracle considering how conniving and scheming he is! Ryan tells Josh he will try to get Adam to put up Sharon, which would mean Chelsia would go home. Josh then talks Sharon into going to see Ryan to tell him she is okay with going on the block. Josh is even starting to impress himself with his skills! Sharon says she is doing it because there is no “I” in team. Apparently, she didn’t get the memo that THEY AREN’T TEAMS ANYMORE!
Natalie knows Josh has something to do with Sharon being willing to be nominated. She tells Adam that he is dangerous and will put them up if he wins HOH. Mentions how Josh hasn’t been nominated – at all! She seems to have convinced Adam to put up Josh, but then Ryan comes in. He says no, it is time to get Chelsia out – gotta protect his alliance with Josh! He blames it on wanting to weaken James.
At the veto meeting, James takes himself off the block, saying he is here to play with a vengeance. He tells Chelsia he’s sorry because she is probably gone. Adam nominated Sharon.
