Big Brother 9: Sharon is Eliminated
I honestly don’t know what is going on in this house. Sharon felt okay with the nomination because she felt Ryan would save her somehow. Adam swore to Ryan he would take Sheila out of the house if he had the power of the one vote this week. Ryan kept bitching to Adam about his antics, such as trying to cut a deal with Sharon to go to the final two together. Sharon kept telling Ryan Adam would flip and he was not to be trusted. Ryan and Adam kept talking about Sheila going home, but maybe her tears or being shackled to Adam for 24 hours got to him.
Ryan won the POV and although he threatened Adam by telling him he wasn’t assured of the deciding vote yet, Ryan chose not to use the POV on anyone. Despite Ryan saying he didn’t trust Adam or Sheila and Sharon constantly saying those two had a close bond, Ryan left the decision to Adam. Right in front of both of them – he voted Sharon out of the house. So, did he flip on Ryan? Ryan didn’t seem particularly upset, except in his outgoing message to Sharon, he said this was “not my doing.” But, was that just to make himself look good to the jury? Personally, I don’t trust either Adam or Ryan, although I’d rather see Adam win the game.
Sheila doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of winning this game, even if she goes to the final two. Did the two guys get together and decide to keep Sheila because she was the lesser threat? The last two weeks, Ryan has talked and talked about how he didn’t trust Adam, then not only doesn’t nominate him, but gives him the power to choose who leaves. Ryan could have easily used the POV on Sharon and then she would have had the deciding vote as to whether Adam or Sheila went to the final three. But, he didn’t do that. So, what is up? I think both Adam and Ryan want to take Sheila to the end. No one in the jury is going to vote for her, unless she turns on the “single mom/sympathy” vote. Last week, Adam and Ryan did talk about how many votes Sharon would have from the jury if she went to the end. Sheila has done nothing in this house except hang on and complain. It was funny seeing Adam purposefully annoy her when they were shackled together.
Tomorrow night, we will find out who wins POV. When the show ended tonight, the final house guests were hanging on a surfboard with water running down an incline.
