Big Brother: Jeff Uses the Special Power; Jessie is Evicted

Julie said the Wizard power (as the houseguests called it) might turn the “Big Brother” game on its head and she was right.

Jeff stood up when Julie asked if the special power holder wanted to use it and everyone groaned. Most people had figured out it was Jeff, except Jordan, whose jaw dropped. He took both Lydia and Russell off the block and did what I said he should do – put up Jessie and Natalie. Either way, that would chop a leg off that little alliance. Jeff told them they had been running the game and now it was time to “feel the pain.” What was up with Jessie and his shirt with his own picture on it?

Lydia and Russell (who had had a face-off earlier with Jessie) voted to evict do-nothing Natalie while Jordan, Kevin, and Michele all voted to evict Jessie. I don’t quite know why Jessie pushed Kevin aside when he tried to say bye, nor did I understand why Chima wanted to have a word with the producers when Jeff said he kept his word. I guess she figured Jeff had blabbed to Russell, but it was kind of obvious from the way Russell was scrambling to find votes that he didn’t know.

Jessie seemed a bit upset to be evicted, but I think his mind is on a future WWE career anyhow. Julie asked him why he didn’t work harder, that the cameras often showed him sleeping 12 – 13 hours a day. Half the day? He slept half the day away? I wanna be in the Big Brother house! Anyhow, Jessie became the first member of the jury house.

The HOH competition was for the houseguests to face-off against each other two at a time and answer questions about previous competitions. They had to guess if it was a HOH, Veto, or Have/Have Not competition. It came down to Michele and Kevin, with Michele winning.

Everybody wanted to break-up Jessie and Natalie but i think Jessie had it bad from the start. His triangle with Lydia and Natalie was bound to get him into trouble eventually. It sucks that the public doesn’t like people like Ronnie who played the game, but love Jordan who does nothing but ride Jeff’s coat tail. We will see what happens now that Michelle has HOH

I agree EcoGirl – Jordan has done nothing, but then her chances of winning are zilch as well. Michele has stepped up her game as of late and Chima is finally doing something.

Natalie is another who has done nothing but ride on coat tails, but now that Jessie is gone, she will have to make a move or they will kick her out too. I hated to see Ronnie go – he certainly stirred things up in the house!
