Big Brother: Lydia and Chima are Nominated
“Big Brother” got serious tonight with nominations approaching and everyone wanted to suck up to Jessie. He seemed to halfway buy it from the Brains, but wouldn’t give Laura and her two assets the time of day.
After learning that Jessie wants to be in the WWE like The Miz (“Real World”) and seeing the cool HOH room (fish and a water wall), Ronnie tries to cut a deal with the Athletes. Ronnie admitted he wasn’t popular in high school. What? No! Then, the camera cut to him with the Martin Short character Ed Grimley’s hair. And don’t forget the “Dork” t-shirt he was wearing. Not popular? I am stunned. But, it was cute (and true so far) when he compared the Brains to Lambda Lambda Lambda and the Athletes to the Alpha Betas.
After Russell and Jessie became BFFs for life, Ronnie and Chima came up and talk again about a deal. The Athletes wanted a pawn and Ronnie quickly threw up Michele’s name then offered up Chima as well. She was naïve enough to fall for it.
The Food Competition has now also turned into not only food, but the losers are stripped of certain house privileges. The Brains lost the Have and Have Not competition and must eat slop for the next week, use cold water for showers, and sleep in the losers room that Chima said looked like an insane asylum. It was gray, with stainless steel beds that have small mats. Chima didn’t take it well and despite the fact that she is supposed to be a pawn, her diva attitude turned some people off and it may send her home this week.
Jessie wanted to put up Laura with Chima, but Russell thinks he is running the show in the background and he and Natalie convinced him to put up Lydia. Personally, I’d rather see Chima go – I like Lydia and think her hanging around would make for a much more interesting show.
