Big Brother: Michelle Wins Veto; Keeps Nominations the Same
New friendships were formed and others were strained this week on “Big Brother.” Russell went from hot to not with Chima. The two appeared close in the beginning of the episode, but then after Chima kept harassing him about his new friendship with Michelle (formed after she won the veto), he was ready to put her up on the block.
Jessie, Chima, and Natalie talked to Russell about saving Ronnie, but he wasn’t buying it. Even Ronnie’s fake tears couldn’t sway Russell. Of course, had Ronnie played the veto competition better, he could have won. Russell, Lydia, Ronnie, Kevin, Michelle, and Jessie all played, but they all let Michelle outplay them. The contestants could answer questions then either stay with those questions or fold. Michelle was the only one that stayed with her answer after Russell and Jessie were both leading. She won the third point against Jessie, but chose not to use the veto.
Russell now trusts Michelle, since she didn’t use the veto against his choices. He hasn’t told her that he and Jeff are in an alliance and I don’t know if Jeff has mentioned Jordan to Russell or if it is just a given. That pits those four versus Jessie, Natalie, Chima, and Ronnie, leaving Lydia and Kevin on their own. But, it seems as if Kevin will vote to keep Lydia, so that leaves Ronnie out unless he can work some magic.
