Biggest Loser: Phil is Eliminated
The challenge tonight was for three members of each team to individually carry a metal frame down the beach as far as they could. The team that got the frame the farthest would get to see videos from home. Black started out really strong, but Phil would just not let the Red Team lose and pulling it out for them.
Despite the win, the Red Team seemed edgy this week. David and Kim got in a shouting match when she tried to push him during a work out. He even told her she would lose a finger if she touched his treadmill. The Black Team had its own problems when Hollie found out her mother’s leukemia was back and Hollie had to leave to be with her on her deathbed.
At the weigh-in, the Blue Team won, losing 31 pounds or 2.74%. The Black Team lost 30 pounds (2.36%) and the Red Team came in with a dismal 16 pounds (1.28%). Kim told them that Phil and Bryan had carried the team. Because David was the biggest loser, he had immunity. That made Amy lash out at Kim, telling her she had thrown her under the bus. Kim warned them not to tie and let the Blue Team choose their fate.
But, that is exactly what they did, with David and Phil voting for Amy while Bryan and Amy voting for Phil. The Blue Team chose Phil to leave, but it was hard on everyone – there were tears everywhere. Phil went home and lost an additional 46 pounds for a total of 108, but Kim is going to be so mad next week when she finds out!
