Bobby Flay Sued by Former and Current Employees
Former and current employees of Iron Chef America star Bobby Flay have filed suit against his company, Bold Food LLC. The lawsuit states that the restaurants, located in Las Vegas, New York City, and Atlantic City, are violating laws that pertain to tip-pooling practices, proper overtime payment, and employee reimbursement.
Flay shouldn’t feel too alone. There seems to be an outbreak of lawsuits against NY restaurants including those owned by Robert DeNiro, Justin Timberlake, and “Top Chef” judge Tom Colicchio.
