Bobby voted off Exile Island
Tonights episode of Survivor started off with twelve remaining survivors. Here are some of the highlights:
- The first challenge between the La Mina and Casaya tribes was to transport Rice, Beans and Fish to the shore. The winners would get to take all of the fish, some spices and some wine to celebrate their victory, while the loosers get to eat the beans. The Casaya tribe had already won the four previous challenges and continued their winning streak by winning this competition. The standouts included Bruce from Casaya and Terry from La Mina while Bruce from Casaya and Sally from La Mina too me looked very weak.
- Hard luck soon fell on the winners because their camp was flooded out. They were forced to eat their fish raw because they did not have any dry wood to make a cooking fire.
- The loosers got their faces slapped even more because most of their tribe got sick from eating the beans. Most of them spend their time vomiting and going to the bathroom multiple times.
- The immunity challenge involved the tribes competing against each other to find coffins in the water that contained skulls. Once they found four skulls, they were to bring them back to the shore. The La Mina tribe won the competition which forced the Casaya tribe to vote off one of their members.
Looking at the two tribes, I definately feel that La Mina seems to play more like a team. Their was a lot of tension between the members of Casaya tribe. You could tell that Dan does not like having Bruce in the tribe. My gut says that Dan likes to be in control and is fearful of giving Bruce the opportunity to lead the tribe. Bobby’s stunt of drinking the remaining wine without sharing it with the tribe did not go over well.
When it came down to voting a member off the island, Dan once again showed his dislike towards Bruce recommending to the tribe that he should go while the female members of the tribe felt that Bobby needed to go.
In the end, it was Bobby who got voted off of the island.
