Each year, the Manhunters conduct Operation Falcon in which they clean up neighborhoods of small time criminals.  This week’s episode focused on Roxy’s area of Spring Valley, NY.  She put together Operation Clean Sweep, which would hopefully remove 65 criminals from the streets and make the town a safer place to live.

The Manhunters team was looking for Mighel Liriano and Hector Sosa.  These guys were wanted for armed robbery, carjacking, and for questioning of a shooting.  One of them fired shots at Sosa’s sister and her boyfriend, so these were not nice guys.

The Manhunters were looking for Jose Soto, a Columbian doctor who killed his wife in 1993.  Because Soto was a personal physician to a drug cartel, the trial was corrupt and Soto was set free. The Manhunters were chasing escaped convict Samuel Flores. Flores was to be sentenced on a burglary charge, but escaped while in custody.  He had escaped twice before, so the team knew they had a real Houdini on their hands.

The Manhunters were tasked with finding Quadri Garnes, who was wanted for parole violation and failing to register as a sex offender.  Garnes was not a nice guy – he had prior felony convictions which included attempted rape, robbery, and weapons possession.  Oh yeah, he liked to fight cops too.

The Manhunters were looking for 15 year fugitive Lyndon Peterson.  Peterson was convicted of possession with intent to sell in South Carolina, but fled when he was supposed to show up for jail.
