Corey Clark to release CD
LOS ANGELES — The former “American Idol” contestant who’s claiming he had an affair with show judge Paula Abdul is going on the record Tuesday — but this time it’s about the music.
The 22-year-old Clark made waves in May with his claims on the television news magazine “Primetime Live” that he had a sexual relationship with the 42-year-old Abdul.
Abdul has dismissed the claims on the exposé, titled “Fallen Idol,” and in a statement, called Clark an “admitted liar and opportunist.”
In addition, Abdul spoofed the claims of the affair on television’s “Saturday Night Live,” and “American Idol” also made light of the situation.
