Dance War: The Teams Are Picked
Tonight, there were 14 contestants. By the end of the night, six would be on Bruno’s team, six would be on Carrie Ann’s team, and two would be going home. First up were the guys, with a group performance. Then, the guys were divided up into two groups to allow for individual performances. Carrie Ann and Bruno both thought the second group of Zack, Tony, and Philip were the strongest singers. To see who would choose first, Carrie Ann and Bruno chose envelopes. Carrie Ann got first pick. I thought for sure she would take Zack, but she chose Bradley. Bruno’s first choice was Zack. Then, Carrie Ann chose Chris and Bruno chose Tony. They would give Maxx, Philip, and Qis once more chance to perform before choosing the final two.
The girls followed the same format, a group performance than two sets of individual performances. Could they not have picked a newer song than “The Beat Goes On?” Geesh, some of the songs choices I really questioned, but anyhow, as expected, Mariel blew them away with her vocals. This time, Bruno got first pick. Did he pick Mariel? Nope, he chose Lacey. I was like “What?” That mean Carrie Ann got Mariel. Bruno then chose Kelsey and Carrie Ann chose Elizabeth. That left Allysa, Charity, and Corina to perform at the end of the show.
For the final pick, Bruno went first. He was to choose one girl and one guy to finish out his team. He chose Philip and Charity. That left Carrie Ann in the unfortunate position of choosing the final two. She picked Qis (who looked like he was about to cry and did after being chosen) and Allysa. I liked Maxx, but maybe it was the side rat-tail that turned them off. Corina was a cute girl – loved the hair, but Carrie Ann had already told her earlier that she seemed more interested in flirting with the guys than learning the choreography.
Who had the stronger team? I think it is pretty well even as this point, from what we have seen of the contestants. My two favorites so far as Zack and Mariel – now if they were on the same team, that would be awesome!

i think that when maxx did “larger then life; his body roll was amazing and i love him like alot i am so mad that he left. he was mad cute.
