Dancing with the Stars: Lawrence Leaves the Show
If you missed the group dance last night on “Dancing with the Stars,” you got to see it first thing tonight. After a recap of last night and a segment with professionals talking about how grueling the dancing is, how Lil Kim burns 1100 calories in one four-hour session, and how injuries can occur easily due to stress and strain. We got to see Dmitry, shirt open, dancing as Natasha Bedingfield sang. Oh, was that Lacey he was dancing with? Good grief, I couldn’t tell it was her until the very end when she was walking away.
We found out that Chuck and Julianne, Melissa and Tony, and Shawn and Mark were all safe. After we saw dancers competing to be professionals on next season’s show, there was a performance by the Celtic Woman. At this point, I had almost forgotten what show I was watching. On sure, the guy flipping the girl around on stage and spinning her on his head was cool, but please, can we just find out who is going home?
We learned that Lil Kim and Derek and Gilles and Cheryl were safe. That meant Lawrence and Edyta and Ty and Chelsie were in danger. Going home was Lawrence and Edyta. I was a bit surprised by that – I thought it might be Ty and Chelsie, but Lawrence said he had a great experience and thanked everyone, including his lovely partner Edyta.
