Don’t Miss Clay Aiken: The E! True Hollywood Story on December 12th!

Clay Aiken rose to fame on the reality show “American Idol” in 2003 with a very loyal following of fans. He has continued to be in the spotlight since coming in second to winner Ruben Studdard, but it hasn’t always been an easy ride. He recently became a first time father then just weeks later admitted in a PEOPLE magazine interview what many had suspected all along – that he was gay.

“Clay Aiken: The E! True Hollywood Story” premieres on Friday, December 12 at 9 p.m. ET. This one hour special will take a closer look at Clay’s life, including his early years before “American Idol” and his work as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador. But, it will also examine his personal relationship with Jaymes Foster, the mother of his child.

Also included will be an interview with John Paulus, the former Army Green Beret who claimed he had a one night stand with Clay back in 2006. Kathy Griffin will also be featured on the show as well as actor/directory Terrence Mann (who directed Clay when he was just starting out), Rickey Smith (a fellow “American Idol” finalist), the President of GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Neil Guiliano, as well as some of Clay’s most devoted fans.

Beware of the ‘John Paulus’ segments. Don’t know why E! had to lower themselves in interviewing this slug just to crap, undeservedly, on Clay.
Maybe John isn’t as ‘well-known’ as he wants to be, so he feels he has to talk trash about Clay to get notoriaty????? How sad.
