Donald Trump - the Banker
This time, Donald Trump will try his hands on something new. Instead of his usual grumpy self, saying “you’re fired!” at the every end of each episode of the apprentice, the billionaire will appear in Deal or No Deal as a special banker. Quite fitting for someone that rich isn’t it?
On September 17, 8pm ET on NBC, the hotel mogul will be a banker for the day in the season opening in this famous game show. He’s more than willing to be a part of it and promises that he will be a “mean, vicious banker”. However, he still “hoping they win, but we’re not allowed to give too much sympathy”. Guess we’ll be seeing more of his game face this time.
This is the second time Trump appeared in this famous game show. Previously he appeared in one of the shows before the start of the 5th season of his reality show, “The Apprentice”. However, he was neither the guest player nor the banker, rather he was a special guest on account that he gave advises to each of the contestants on financial matters.
In this season opener, Trump will be the banker against the season opener contestant, Donna DiBiase from Nashville. She could just hope that Trump will be good on her as she wager her way to become rich on live TV.
Although the premier will be on Monday on the NBC network, it will return to its original programming the very next week. The show will be airing every Wednesdays and Fridays 8PM ET starting on September 26.
Let’s just wait and see if Donna will survive a ‘bout with Mr. Trump as slowly climbs her way to riches while giving Trump the negotiation of her life. If she can’t make it, maybe we’ll hear the patented words of Mr. Trump, “You’re Fired!”
