Hammertime: Mama’s 70th Birthday
Hammer took the entire “Hammertime” family plus the crew from his Full Blast record label to Las Vegas to celebrate his mom’s 70th birthday. At the party, which included other extended family and friends, Hammer surprised him mom by saying his present to her was to move her back to the Bay Area and closer to him and the grand kids. BTW, mama looks great for 70!
Hammer was also using the Vegas trip to do a little promotion for Full Blast artists such as Dasit, Pleasure Ellis, and the Stooge Playaz. After Marv, Pleasure Ellis, and Dasit hit the pool to work on the ladies, they all went to a local radio station. But, they knew the real test would be to take the music to the people in a nightclub. Fortunately for the crew, the people at the bar loved the music, including Hammer’s anthem for Vegas.
