Helio Castroneves is indicted on federal tax evasion charges
Helio Castroneves, season 5 champion of Dancing With The Stars is facing some legal problems. Today a grand jury in Miami returned an indictment for tax evasion against the IndyCar racing star and former DWTS celebrity contestant. He is charged with conspiracy and six counts of tax evasion from 1999 to 2004. His sister, business manager, and attorney were also charged.
Castroneves, 33, is a native of Brazil and now resides in Coral Gables, FL. He won season 5 with partner Julianne Hough.
