Hell’s Kitchen: Lovely Leaves
Chef Ramsay realized some “Hell’s Kitchen” chefs weren’t getting along, so he had a competition which paired them together. Adversaries Van and Andy and Tennille and Suzanne were teamed up together. Oddly enough, both teams worked together well on the sausage link making competition. What brought the Blue Team down was the fact that Robert and Jim couldn’t get one line of links done. The Red Team ended up winning a private Oktoberfest like party while the Blue Team had to clean the dorms. Robert got angry and he and Kevin had a screamfest.
Dave got bad news from the doctor – he has a fracture in his hand and it requires 2 weeks in a long cast. Not being able to use his thumb for two weeks, he went to Chef Ramsay. Chef Ramsay pointed out that it was his weak hand, so Dave decided to try to stick it out and not lose the opportunity to be on the show.
Tonight’s restaurant was filled with celebrities – Tom Green, John O’Hurley, Drew Lachey – seemed like it was a Who’s Who of reality stars! Jim continued to be slow and irritate everyone. Robert continued to be angry, yelling and screaming in the kitchen until Chef Ramsay told him to tone it down because the customers could hear him. Andy screwed up the lamb, but finally got it right. The service was neck-n-neck despite Andy serving up raw chicken. It came down to the sides, with the Blue Team just beating out the Red Team.
Suzanne didn’t think they lost, so she asked for a play by play. Chef Ramsay told her basically to suck it up – they lost! Chef Ramsay called Sabrina a hidden jewel. She had to choose the two nominees. She nominates Tek because she lost momentum during the service. Her second nominee was Lovely because she failed at her station.
Lovely tried to tell Chef Ramsay that she was moving so fast that he couldn’t see her. THAT was funny. She seemed to think he kept her last week because he loved her, but she didn’t get any love this week. Chef Ramsay called up Play-by-Play Suzanne and told her that she was not shy with her opinion. He asked her who she would send home. She said Lovely and he said he completely agreed. He warned Tek to watch herself.
