Hell’s Kitchen: Tennille Leaves
It was the best of times and the worst of times for Tennille this week in “Hell’s Kitchen.” She had never won a challenge, but she won the vegetarian dish challenge. It was a tough one too – after cooking the dishes, the chefs realized they would be serving their dishes to children. For her win, she got a makeover, lunch at Nobu, and a set of handcrafted sushi knives.
However, the dinner service was disastrous for her. She kept messing up the fish while everyone else was working right along. Dave hurt his hand and the pain was so severe he felt faint, but he worked through it.
At the end of the service, Chef Ramsay said he had never seen a chef suffer like Dave did tonight. He said he was concerned, but Dave assured him he was fine, everything was okay and begged to not be taken out for his injury.
Chef Ramsay agreed. Rather than ask for nominations, he simply told Tennille to take off her jacket and leave Hell’s Kitchen. He did tell her she made a great comeback and that she was an amazing competitor.
Kevin, Ariel, and Dave went back to celebrate being in the final three, but Chef Ramsay quickly called them back to the kitchen. It was a good thing though – they got to see two members of their family.
