High School Musical: Get in the Picture: Anthony and Ether go to the Chorus
This week, two of my favorites, Anthony and Ether, joined Briana and Christie in the chorus. The lesson this week was to communicate, but non-verbally. The students had to go to the park and see how many people they could get to a) give them a hug, b) look up in the sky, and c) get them to give them food. It was funny seeing Bailey skip around and Isaiah getting food from some people, then giving it to others. Poor Ether just sat with the same lady the whole time. Montre pointed out that the objective was to reach as many people as possible.
To test what they had learned, the students divided up into duets: Anthony and TJ, Shayna and Stan (who continued their flirtation this week), Christina and Isaiah, Ether and Tierney, and Bailey and James. The faculty felt TJ and Anthony’s communication was a bit forced. Regina thought Christina and Isaiah had a good connection, despite Christina having problems connecting with Isaiah. But the too cute couple of the night was Shayna and Stan. Jen said they were so connected, she almost felt left out.
The best overall this week was Isaiah. He got the “privilege” of reading off the names. Bailey was crying her eyes out – I guess she was afraid she would have to leave. But in the end, it was Anthony and Ether.
