High School Musical: Get in the Picture: James goes to Chorus
This week, the lesson was walking in someone else’s shoes. Each student would have to wear a look chosen by the group, and then sing “A Whole New World.” Tierney was intimidated by the rock and roll look chosen for her and Stan was not particularly happy with the Goth look. At least Isaiah tried to help James with his hip-hop walk. Stan ended up bonding with a Goth kid in the audience they had to sing before, so I think the dressing up as someone else really opened the student’s eyes.
After walking in someone else’s shoes, the students then had to go back to a time before they were born – the ‘80s! They had to recreate a 1986 prom. Tierney and Stan begin to hit on each other, but Tierney was afraid of coming between Shayna and Stan, which was a bit silly since Shayna keeps professing she has a boyfriend. Shayna thought Tierney just wanted Stan for herself.
After the performance, Jen had harsh words for Stan, saying he didn’t live up to her expectations. She thought maybe he was messing up because he was too focused on Tierney. Tiana liked James, but Rob wanted more from Tierney – she’s still not giving up many emotions.
In the end it was Isaiah who was the performer of the week and James was sent to chorus.
