Julianne Hough not returning to DWTS, but will still be busy

Julianne Hough will not be returning to Dancing with the Stars when it returns for a 9th season, but that doesn’t mean she won’t be busy.  In an article on the Entertainment Weekly web site, EW.com, sources tell the magazine that Julianne is in the running to star opposite Christina Aguilera in the contemporary musical Burlesque for writer-director Steven Antin.  Sources have also confirmed that she has auditioned to costar in Footloose for Paramount.
