Manhunters: Marquise Darling
The Manhunters were out to get Marquise Darling. Darling was wanted for murdering a childhood friend execution style. The team went to see the mom of the victim and Pep wanted to get justice for her. They visited an ex-girlfriend, who called Darling “a beast.” He had beaten her up and put her in the hospital, so she wanted no contact with him. Others either didn’t know where he was or were scared to talk.
After 55 days, Pep was frustrated. He finally found an associate – Robert Holliday. He called Holliday, who admitted that Darling was in Toledo, OH. Pep and Danny went there and put surveillance on the house. They saw a white Lexus coming and going, but couldn’t tell if it was Darling as the guy had on a hoody. Finally, that night, they saw the Lexus heading for the highway. Afraid it was Darling, they finally decided to pull the car over. It was Holliday.
They took Holliday down to the station and he admitted Darling was at the house. The team went back and broke the door down. Darling was playing Nintendo, but there was a gun nearby. He had been charged with murder and is awaiting trial.
