Million Dollar Listing: Josh and Chad Quarrel
Tonight on Million Dollar Listing Josh was still trying to find a place for Dr. Sam. He had decided he might want a condo, so Josh set out to find one. Unfortunately, the primo condos belonged to Ronald Richards – a client of Chad’s. There had been some bad blood between Ron and Josh a few years back and he told Chad not to allow Josh on his property. Josh and Chad exchanged a few words about that, but Josh finally decided to Dr. Sam should go see the condos without him. The problem was the condo with the view was too small and the bigger one had no view. Chad only had 90 days to tell the Sierra Tower condos, but at the last minute, Ron decided to extend the listing another 90 days.
Madison got an Internet offer on the biggest potential sale of his career, but the guy never followed through. He ended up selling the $4 million dollar home to a Pepperdine student named Jeremy, who planned for some of his college friends to join him in the house. He said his family was generous – no doubt if they are buying him a $4 million dollar home! Madison represented both the seller and buyer and brought home a commission of $225.750.
We found out a few back stories about the guys this week. Chad really seeks his dad’s approval and wants to succeed to get his attention. Josh’s grandmother thinks he wastes his money and told him there was no inheritance for him. She said she was giving it all to charity. He didn’t seem to believe her, but she looked like a tough old bird to me. Madison went to a swimsuit charity to see his ex girlfriend Lauren, but admitted that he was open to a relationship with either sex.

Josh isn’t allowed in some of Chad’s clients listings because he stole art and was suspected of it.

Obviously, since he was arrested for theft, the reasons for his denial into someone’s unit are obviously apparent.

I think josh is a spoiled brat. He is very rude . I dont know why anyone would buy or sell with him.

I agree Sherry. While it seems like Chad will go totally out of his way for clients, Josh tends to treat them like annoyances sometimes. You’d think his grandmother would have straightened him out – she seems like a tough old bird!
