Millionaire Matchmaker: Alex and Paul
Robby Love was back to visit “Millionaire Matchmaker.” He felt that he left in a bad way and came back to make sure everything was okay. But, he’s still immature, thinking at 40 that he is still too young for a committed relationship. He threw in Patti’s face that if she couldn’t get married, how was anyone else going to get married. Brave, Robby Love, very brave.
Alex was the first bachelor. Bad hair and Destin suggested he button up his shirt. Patti can’t see a heart in him – he’s too business-oriented and she hates his cuff links. He’s looking for a gorgeous woman with a brain. Paul was a 6’ 11” player for the LA Clippers with no personality.
At the recruiting session, Patti finds Jerry Lewis’ granddaughter Kimi. She was too cute! Patii told Alex to get his hair cut, but he didn’t. He did, however, bring all the women a little bag from Tiffany’s that included a notebook, pen, and necklace.
Paul picked Kimi and Megan for the mini-date then Kimi for the date. He rented out Lucky Strikes, which Patti didn’t like but he did rent the whole place. They seemed to have fun on the date. While bowling, they made a bet if Paul got two strikes in a row, Kimi had to clean his house in a French maid outfit. Then they had dinner and the conversation seemed to flow. When Patti talked to Kimi, she said it was the best date ever, but when she talked to Paul, he said it was only friendship. Kimi had mentioned that 10 minutes after the date, Paul texted her a winky face. Patti asked about that and he said it didn’t mean anything. Patti told him to call Kimi and let her down gently. Instead, he texted her and asked if she had told Patti about the texts. Patti called him an “asshole” and dropped him from the service.
Alex picked Sydney and Krista for the mini-date then Krista for the date. Alex got a haircut before the date and looked better. He flew her to Vegas and these two really hit it off. He sang his goofy sensitive guy song for her at a bar, but she loved it and gave him a kiss. He told Patti he liked her and wanted to see her again, but they only went out one more time. Alex focused on work during the date rather than Krista.
Sigh. These two went from losers to promising then back to losers by the end of the show.
Oh, we did find out that millionaires Heidi and Bill were still dating, albeit long distance.
