Millionaire Matchmaker: Peter, Tai, and German

This week, Patti was frustrated that men wanted relationships, but still wanted to play like Hugh Hefner. Her first millionaire, Peter, was a martial arts expert who was looking for a smart, professional woman in her thirties. He impressed Patti – he seemed to be a man really looking for a real woman. She asked the girls not to find airhead models for him, but confident women. She visited Peter at his meditation studio, but found him very controlling. She knew it would take a strong woman to handle him.

Her second millionaire was actually two – Tai and German. These two wanted to go on a double date, which seemed a bit odd. Patti questioned them to see if they were looking for true love but eventually decided they seemed sincere, although she was still unsure about the tag team-dating thing.

Patti’s mom and dad were coming into town. Apparently, Patti’s mom is a matchmaker as well as a therapist. Patti told her how hard it was to create matches today. Patti also admits that the match making is not boding well for her own relationship.

The guys met the girls on a yacht (along with Patti’s parents), but Patti insisted on separating Tai and German so they could talk to the girls. Peter ticked of Patti when he went after the models that Patti had hoped to save for the duo. Patti was not happy he seemed to change what he wanted in mid-stream. Of course, the duo loved the models. Peter eventually chose Cynthia, a model in her twenties. So much for a independent woman in her thirties! Tai and German picked CJ and Erin – for each other. Just too creepy. But it gets worse! When the limo shows up with the girls, the guys are shirtless to greet them. Peter took Cynthia horse back riding, but she seemed less than thrilled and wanted to go to a party. The duo seemed to be having fun, with CJ and German getting along a bit better.

Patti met with the guys after the dates. Peter said he and Cynthia had fun, but she was just not the one for him. Patti told him he shouldn’t have been going after someone so young and he wasn’t thinking! Peter never heard from Cynthia again, but German and CJ are dating. Someone finally came between Tai and German!

    1. Emily Says:

Peter is a contolling phony. I believe that the Tai Chi martial arts that he practices is all an act. This guy claims that he feeds 20,000 starving people a year. He bragged about it to both Patii and the vacuous party girl he chose to take on a date. Personality disorder? if anything he might be a psychopath. In his past relationships, his girlfriends likely cheated on him behind his back. Suprisingly Peter is far from the creepiest phony to ever be featured on Millionaire Matchmaker. Paul Murad holds that title thus far.

I agree. Paul Murad, the Las Vegas real-estate mogul, seems to be a self absorbed phony. His eyebrows scare me. He looks like one of those phony televangelists. He definitely seems desparate for his 15 minutes of fame.
