Mom’s summary of Week 5
The lighthearted summer fare Dancing With The Stars became a full fleged competetion last night. What seemed to have started out as somewhat as a lark for the contestants turned into a real treat for viewers last evening as the stars stepped up their performances. John and Charlotte were like cream rising to the top; while Joey and Ashley performed their dances as if they were in a Broadway review rather than a ballroom. While Joey and Ashley were really fabulous, I have to agree with the judges that it was “show” dancing. Kelly Monaco and her partner showed how hard work can do it for you, hard work and a partner like Alec, that is!
Voted off by fans, Joey and Ashley took the decision in great form. Ever the gentleman, Joey focused his last dance on his excellent partner. Who will win the competetition – the elegant and sophisticated John and Charlotte or the sexy and sensual Kelly and Alec? This should be very interesting.

I’m a fan of dancing with the stars also. In the beggining, I like them all. But I voted for Kelly and Alec. I like John and Charlotte too.
Anyway, whoever wins, It’s OK for me. Have a great day…
