More on Octomom Nadya Suleman’s Television Deal
Nadya Suleman has signed contracts that will pay each of her 14 children $250 a day to appear on a reality television show filmed by Eyeworks, which has also produced “Breaking Bonaduce” and “The Biggest Loser.” The contract papers were submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court last Friday and must be approved by a judge. The contracts guaranteed that the children will earn a combined total of $250,000 over the next three years.
The documents filed said that the show, which will began filming on September 1st, would pay the children a total of $125,000 for 36 days of shooting in the first year. The second year, the children would be paid $75,000 for 21 days of shooting and the third year, they would be paid $50,000 for 14 days of shooting. Fifteen percent of the payday will be deposited into a Coogan Trust Account for the children, which cannot be accessed until they turn 18 or are legally emancipated from their parents.
