NYC Sound Tracks
Tune in Sundays for MSG’s newest reality series – NYC Sound Tracks. This series runs for eight weeks and features the best New York City subway musicians. The show is hosted by Gillian Pensavalle and it introduces you to the culture and daily life of underground musicians.
The search has already begun as the MSG crew began looking through the NYC subway system at Union Square. The next open audition call will be at Foley Square in lower Manhattan on July 15th from noon to 4 pm. From all the musicians seen, sixteen representing five NYC boroughs will compete for a chance to become NYC’s greatest subway musician. The winner receives the opportunity to appear as the opening act on the stage of one of Madison Square Garden’s esteemed venues.
