Project Runway – Season Finale, Part One
Tonight we got to see a sneak peek at the designer’s Olympus Fashion Week outfits. Tim seemed to love Jeffrey’s collection and praised Laura’s but seemed to have concerns about Uli and Michael’s collections. I loved that Jeffrey brought his own wigs so all his models would look generic with the same hair.
Then, there was the moment I had been waiting for. So tonight, we get to hear the accusation in person. Laura thinks Jeffrey’s collection is too well put together and he had help with it. Once Michael looked at things, he agreed and said he was going to say something about it, but it was Laura who went to Tim. She also told Jeffrey what she told Tim and Tim said he would take it to the producers. He also told Jeffrey that everyone was innocent until proven guilty. Jeffrey still insisted he did all his own work.
I honestly do not know what to think. It did seem odd that he did not have to make any adjustments with his models. I do like the Michael spoke up, stating the he was thinking the same thing after Laura mentioned it. The previews of next week seemed to hint that Jeffrey will be disqualified (I heard something about “unfortunately” and saw him crying), but you know that never means anything. I just do not know. I know Laura seems a bit shrewish in her accusations, but maybe Jeffrey did have help. And if he did, he should be disqualified.
Unfortunately, we will have to wait a long, long, long week to see what happens!
