Real Housewives of Orange County: Tamra Turns 40
Tamra celebrated her fortieth birthday on a huge yacht with all the housewives there. I thought it was funny that she was moaning about turning 40 and how old she was in front of Quinn, who is in her 50s and still looks great. Simon fooled Tamra by giving her a Juicy bag, saying he didn’t have much money left after throwing the party. But, in the bag was not panties as he promised, but a diamond studded Rolex that cost $40,000. Tamra already had a Rolex, but her’s was not this fancy. Vicki was jealous – Lauri also had a Rolex (an engagement gift from George), but she didn’t have one.
Quinn talked to Billy about religion. I couldn’t tell exactly what Billy believed in, if anything. He mentioned Buddhist, then Taoist, but Quinn said he knew about all religions. They took a trip to Las Vegas and were in a great suite, but the mood soured when Quinn mentioned the M-word. Billy said he didn’t want to talk about marriage, but like Quinn said, if the possibility isn’t there, why should she stay with him? She said she needs to be married to really let go, but Billy seems reluctant at best. She may be cutting him loose soon!
Lauri worried over the “fairytale” wedding, but one major concern was Josh. She really wanted him to be a part of the wedding. She brought in a therapist to help the two reconcile, but we didn’t get to see much of that session – it is to be continued next week.
It’s finally sinking in to Jeana that she is single again (or will be soon). She gets together with Victoria Cooke, a former playmate, to attend the Glamourcon. What really surprised me is when Vicki said she needed a change and questioned whether she should get a new husband. Jeana said Donn was so sweet and if Vicki wanted to get rid of him, he didn’t have to go very far. Whoa.
