Reality News: “Real Housewives” Matt Keogh Goes to Jail Again
You probably know him best as Jeana’s husband on “Real Housewives of Orange County,” but it looks like the only thing orange in Matt’s life for a while will be the color of his jail jumpsuit. Matt, a former Major League Baseball pitcher has been sentenced to 180 days in jail for probation violation. He was arrested on December 18th after an officer from the Newport Beach police department found him drinking in a Marriott hotel bar.
Matt was on probation for a 2005 felony DUI incident in which he ran a red light, crashed his SUV and hit a man walking his bike across the intersection. Matt spent time in two different rehab centers for that conviction and also spent three months in jail. Matt had been released from the Newport Beach City Jail only six days prior to his December 18th arrest when a probation officer caught him drinking at home. Jeana announced on the show this season that she and Matt have separated.
