Reality News: I Love New York…Again
If you cannot get enough of Tiffany Pollard aka New York, you are in luck! VH1 just announced that there would be a season two of “I Love New York.” The second season is set to debut on October 8th.
In the first season, New York (given her nickname when she starred on season one of Flavor of Love) chose Patrick “Tango” Hunter over Kamal “Chance” Givens. New York said she loved Chance, but felt Tango was more mature and stable. After New York chose Tango, he proposed, offering her a ring. But fearing her mother’s reaction, New York tried to hide the ring from her. Once her mother (Sister Patterson) saw the ring, she said it was too small.
New York and Tango did not see each other until the reunion show. By then, Tango had seen all the show footage – including where New York said his mother was too plain and overweight. Tango from up with New York on the reunion show. In typical fashion, New York verbally attacked him.
In season two, Sister Patterson will have a hand in selecting potential suitors for her daughter, as will the fans of the show that get to choose five contestants from the website.
