Reality News: MTV Premieres Busted and High School Stories Returns
MTV is unveiling its own version of “Cops” with “Busted” – a series about dim-witted delinquency by kids that ranges from backyard wrestling to underage drinking. The show includes real police footage of the antics caught on tape. Not only do you get to see the consequences of their dumb actions, you also get to see why they thought they could get away with such ludicrous acts. “Busted” will appear Monday through Thursdays at 6 pm ET, with the premiere airing on August 25.
On October 3, there will be a special three hour “Busted Live.” Check out http://busted.MTV.com for videos, trivia games, and behind-the-scenes footage of the show as well as the “Busted Moment” of the week.
“High School Stories: Scandals, Pranks, and Controversies” returns to MTV as part of the daily programming block, also premiering on August 25, appearing Monday through Thursday right after “Busted” at 6:30 pm ET. “High School Stories” looks at scandals, pranks, and other high school mishaps that become the talk of the town. Like “Busted,” “High School Stories” will interview the pranksters and show the consequences of their pranks.
Be sure to tune into MTV for the premiere of these shows tomorrow at 6 pm ET.
