“So You Think You Can Dance” will be back – May 22nd on Fox. The network has just announced that the fourth season will kick of May 22 with a two-hour season premiere. Cat Deeley is returning as the host as are judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy. Right now, the producers are searching in Dallas, Charleston, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Salt Lake City for talented dancers for those the show.
Speaking of dancing, Bravo will premiere its “Step It Up & Dance” series on April 3 at 10 pm ET. There will be 12 contestants battling it out as they audition for various roles such as a music video or Vegas show. The last dancer standing will receive $100,000. Performances will be judged by Vincent Paterson and Nancy O’Meara and be hosted by Elizabeth Berkley. Produced by the same duo that does Project Runway and Top Chef, the show will have a similar format. No need to reinvent the wheel!
